AESTHETICS OF JOY (7/9)

Hey friend, sometimes our lives can feel pretty disordered and chaotic... yet they were never meant to be. 

But all too easily, we can slip into crowded schedules, working overtime to make ends meet, drowning in laundry for a growing family, attempting to maintain a social life, keep the house clean, weed the garden, often failing to look after ourselves, and maybe you're in a position where too many people are asking you questions... and you're tired... 

Maybe... just maybe... you desire a sense of harmony.

Why does harmony bring us such joy? How could a more organised life lead you to a greater sense of peace?
