Work is crazy but God is so goood!

On my 2nd day of working from the office even though I am already in a project and is allowed to work from home. However, my work needs focus. It’s hard to focus when I am at the condo with my 2 girls. There’s no space. I also feel guilty and full of resentment why we can’t afford to live on a single income. But God reminded me how blessed I am for our Godsend helpers. When most people are finding it hard to find trustworthy ones, here I am having the 2 best ones. Thank you, Jesus!

Mom guilt because I lashed out when telling her the house help needs to prepare her for school.

Since my last podcast, here are the milestones: Anyana was baptized. Unyara started kindergarten at CIC Mandaue. We had a low key celebration of my 37th birthday. Hurray!

We survived without a househelp for 9 months from May 2022 until February 2023. However because of my 2nd pregnancy and our 1st's schooling, we thought we need a backup. So last Feb 2023, we hired a help which lasted for 3 months only. Let her go because of cash advances and lying. We hired another help a month after in June 2023 which lasted 2 weeks only. Let her go because of cash advances and always late. In July, we hired another help again which lasted only a week. She went home because she missed her family. :(

On my 34th week of pregnancy and the last week at work. Starting June 26, I will be on maternity leave as this time, we are aiming for Anyana to come out at week 37, starting July 7!
