I don't know how my life would have turned out without ADHD. Being diagnosed at a young age, I didn't have time to live a life without ADHD. Maybe you did? I don't know when everyone listening was diagnosed with ADHD, but if you were diagnosed at an older age, you might have had a life without it. So think about what it was like before and now. It's an exciting thought for today, I think.
