The next three episodes I am sharing some Lifehacks on Relationships: Family, Friends, and Romantic.

• Humans are wired for relationships and the foundation for any good relationship is connection.   Connection is the magical warmth of being seen and heard, and it can feel incredibly vulnerable.
• We learn about relationships and connection from our earliest years of development, so our patterns of behavior in relationships directly correlate to how we experienced or understood connection as a child.
• We all are born in connection, have been wounded in connection, and we all can be healed in connection.
