• Humans are wired for relationships and the foundation for any good relationship is connection.   Connection is the magical warmth of being seen and heard, and it can feel incredibly vulnerable.
• We learn about relationships and connection from our earliest years of development, so our patterns of behavior in relationships directly correlate to how we experienced or understood connection as a child.
• We dive into the types of friendships we have, and also I introduce you to the relationship circle.  It's a great visual to see yourself in relation to those you interact and engage with.
