In the final weeks of the year 2008, I found myself in a very dark place as a consequence of unexpected emotional traumas. During one rainy night, and under the influence of an aggressive anxiety attack, I felt the urge to write and release some of the anger I was carrying within me. Lifeless was the result. The issue of mental health is a delicate one but it can also become a dangerous one if not dealt with. I thank God that I was able to get away from that nightmare.
