• Think about your approach to learning like elite sportspeople do about training and coaching – it should be highly personalised.
• Become autodidactic and use systems to keep you on track even when creativity or motivation falter.
• Keep your eyes open for new business opportunities based on problems you experience - how could you help solve them for others?
• Take advantage of communities to help your development and then pay it back to people earlier in their journey.
