In the past 2 years my wife and i have made huge changes in our lives. We are both fiercely independent, lived in cities most of our lives and basically not the kind of people our friends ever saw settling down at all. Because so much has happened we've both gotten a lot of "shock and awe" kinds of comments and they're mostly just friendly jokes... but what people dont know is that our story started a really long time ago and the way that we approached our relationship is one you dont hear of often so I decided to let the world in on a few things. It's not just about us though, its about all the different ways there are to love and be loved...and how it's necessary to open our minds to the fact that life isn't going to come at you exactly how you envision it.
