Throughout the Old Testament, God's people see many kings and prophets rise up. However, every single one of them served one purpose: point us to Jesus is the perfection of all things. 

The Bible can described in many ways, but perhaps the clearest and strongest framework of all the Scriptures is viewing it as a single story of redemption. From beginning to end, the Bible is all about God's promise of redemption brought to us in Christ Jesus.

The Bible is God's word, but can we trust it? In this sermon we look at the claims that Scripture makes of itself and the supporting evidence to show that we can indeed trust the bibles that we hold in our hands today.

The Scriptures are God's words recorded by human writers. It is breathed by God and preserved by his mighty hand. Therefore, we can trust the Bible and let it guide our lives.

There are many things fighting to shape our worldview. Secularism, paganism, and the flesh all work to shape who we are. However, none can do what the Bible can, which is to shape us to be like Christ. 

The Bible is alive and continues to speak to us today. Just as a light illuminates a dark path, so does God's Word. It is the ultimate guide for all of life in every season. In it, we can find hope in Christ during even life's most tumultuous times. 

When we build our life, hopes, and dreams on anything other than Christ, we are bound for difficulty and heartache. The only way to sustain the droves of life is to fix our eyes and build our life on the strong, immovable foundation that is Jesus Christ.

Where does God store up what he wants for our life? The Lord stores his provision, blessing, power, and freedom for us in his Word.
