The great question of suffering as it relates to our lives is not "If...?", but "When?" Everyone has suffered, is suffering, or will suffer. Suffering is inevitable.

Yet, we worship and serve a God who is sovereign over all of life and ordains suffering ultimately for our good and his glory. This reality is seen most clearly in the sufferings of Christ for his bride, the church.
