Hey friends! This week I’m popping on for a quick life update while I prep for some major things coming to the podcast. From surviving Comic-Con madness in San Diego to rushing my sweet girl Ellie to the ER after a bee sting (yes, she’s okay 🐶💗), it’s been a WEEK.

I’m also finally setting up my new podcast studio (!!), working on guest interviews, and even designing some very cute Hairiffic merch for you all—more on that soon. Oh, and our new puppy Ember? Still unhinged.

Plus, I took a little road trip up to LA for a private screening of David and Alexis Thurston’s new rock documentary “If These Walls Could Rock”—so good, I laughed and cried.
