There are so many things we can do to cope with anxiety, but I also believe there are lifestyle tips and strategies we can utilize each day so that when we experience anxiety it might not be as severe, intense or scary. Identifying your particular triggers and doing the inner work to dig a bit deeper with self-reflection can take some time...so in today's solo episode I wanted to go over out some lifestyle tips for coping in the meantime.
