Probably her best book so far

I really enjoyed Liza Marklund's last work published in English and now the hard part is having to wait for the next one.

For me it has been a long way since reading my first Henning Mankel's book when I got hooked and became addicted to the nordic noir or scandinavian crime fiction or any other denomination you like.I have read all Mankel's books,all Jo Nesbo's ,Asa Larson's,Karen Alvteggen's;Yrsa Sigurdadotir's,Liza Marklund's,,HelenTursten, etc...etc...etc...

I am always looking for a new author,new at least for me ,and I am glad I decided to try Liza's books.I hope she will give a long life to Anika Bengtzon and a lot of pleasure to all of us ,her fans.

I enjoyed so much Lifetime that I ignored some problems I had for the first time reading a Kindle version - there were missing parts,some gaps when I turned the pages.

Great read!

The story follows several parallel themes that do not totally converge, which is a blessing. The hero (heroine) of the story is not initially clear, but does emerge and the character portrayed is believable and well drawn. There is a neat twist at the end that does not interfere with the story, but makes one think about the earlier events with a different perspective.

A good read within the genre of Scandinavian detective stories that are becoming increasingly popular.

Another Ripping Yarn starring one of the best flawed Heroes in fiction

This novel marks our flawed Hero out as more of a Detective than the Detectives, and is the start of a story arc that goes through the next novel in the series, also, so make sure you read them in order! Loved it, as I have pretty much all of Liza Marklund's work so far. She is, thank goodness, prolific in her work and delivers those of us now addicted to the adventures of Annika Bengzton, another ripping yarn.

Lisa Marklund Scored again

never thought any one would lure me away for Henning Mankell or one of my favorite Icelandics, but hey, love how fast, modern and yet deeply complex the heroines of Lisa Marklunds web of reporters, photographers and editors are as they take on murder in a way the police can't.

Wonderful Read!

Couldn't put down this latest from Liza Marklund, #7 in series. Wonderful read with nearly the same characters as other books in series; can't wait for #8 to come out sometime soon, I hope!
