There's no way around it, we all have to work in some way or fashion, but is your work running your life?  Is your work coming first and your life second?  Leah and Paul don't think it should!  We believe life should always come first and work second!

In this episode Paul teaches us his favorite phrase Life/Work Balance and explains to us why he refuses to use the infamous phrase Work/Life Balance.  Be forewarned he is VERY passionate about this subject and his life's work has become finding ways to help people put their lives first!  He has some very warranted rants to educate us on why the imbalance exists. Leah speaks on her tips and tricks she uses to put her close knit family first while also owning multiple companies, while working shifts in a restaurant.  She shares with us stories of restaurant/bar patrons living their retired life.  She speaks on the magic in the word "No" and the importance of delegating tasks that others can do.  Once again Leah has linked the importance of exercise to this topic.  We're not sure there is going to be an episode where she doesn't bring up exercise.  She is truly obsessed!
