Paul said to Timothy, "Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing (1 Timothy 2:8)." Why does God want our hands lifted up in worship? God love it when His children lift up their hands because it demonstrates trust. It also is an offering of praise and declaration of battle.
