Lesson 217: Lift Your Team Up

Congratulations, you now have a team. That's awesome! Love it. The issue is that it doesn't just end there. It is important to make sure that you actually have extra in the tank to carry the team. It is also important to know what fuels members of your team. We are all different people so what works for A might not work for B. Once you know what fuels them, give that to them because they'll need to be fired up to go from where they are to the goal.
