From my 2001 album Asleep Inside. Lifter is fun. If you're not singing by the very end you don't have a soul. Written for radio play it fit perfectly. Our engineer Todd Brady would always make us cut a better version of whatever piece we were working on, he would always say Push It Baby in the talkback from the engineering room into the vocal booth. It became a thing. We kept it front loaded on Lifter.
