Chef Chalapathi Rao,fondly known as Chef Challu, founder of Simply South Restaurant chain. He is one of the finest chefs serving South Indian cuisines in Hyderabad and abroad. His ​journey started almost two and a half decades back. He had started his career in 1995 with ITC as a management trainee and was associated with them ​for two decades. Then he started his own venture Simply South 6 years back.
