Yes, I've taught this for years (even prior to The hit movie The Secret).

So, you've probably heard it before; and you may think "you know."

I submit chances are great that you don't know it, you may "know about it."  But KNOWING it is a big difference.

You see, most have very poor attention muscles. Attention is a product of the Will.
