When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, “I AM the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

3 Big Words: I AM and THE

1: I AM and THE (ref. Exodus 3:12-15, John 18:6)

I AM: self-sufficient and self-existent

2: I AM and THE

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 14:6

John 6:35: I AM THE bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry…

John 8:12: I AM THE light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness…

John 10:9: I AM THE gate; whoever enters through me will be saved.

John 10:14: I AM THE good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me…

John 11:25: I AM THE resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live…

John 14:6: I AM THE way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

John 15:5: I AM THE vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

JESUS IS LIGHT FOR THE SOUL

1: We grow better in Jesus

2: We see better in Jesus

3: Things go better with Jesus

4: We are healthier with Jesus
