As florists, we have to try to find the humor in what is happening around us every day.  The complexities of Florist Life seem like we are often part of an industry that is a cross section of a three ring circus and an asylum. As a professional, you have the ability to make light of situations & ease the tension of a seemingly un-solvable problem. Everybody comes to you with a problem...and, "Yo, you'll solve it". Take your job seriously, but sometimes you can take yourself less seriously. Lighten up.
