Everyday you have a choice. You get to choose how you show up. Today, I'd like to encourage you to lighten up.

You don't have to let your busy mind run the show all the time. Check in with your heart. What does your heart desire? Start small and learn to trust that little voice.

You can look for all the ways things will go wrong, or you can choose to believe that everything always works out for you.

How you come to the table is up to you. Maybe it's time to lighten up!
