Living life in a technology-saturated,  hyper-scheduled and, therefore, over-stimulated world leads to overwhelm. Moms have always felt overwhelmed with the responsibilities of parenting, but now EVERYONE, those with children and without, are operating in overwhelm. The mental state of overwhelm has become so common that we assume this is normal. But we know that God’s design is for our hearts and homes to be full of peace, hope, and joy. Together we can do the work to recognize, respond to, and reduce the overwhelm in our lives and in our families with just a few simple changes.
