Today, we look at an app that helps you organize your time, when you speak. Lightning Talk is a countdown app – to let you know how long you’ve been speaking or doing a project, and how much time you have left before completion.
Lightning app will give you a 30 second warning when time is up. You can set the app to go up to 99 minutes.
Today’s MacWorld Best of Show is Blinq – an interesting dongle for your iPad or iPhone that lets you control your TV, DVR, or other media device. Download the app, then plug the dongle into the headphone jack. When you see a program, just select it, and Blinq will set you up (if you can get that program).
It also works with social networks like Facebook. If your friends are watching another show, just select and you are watching the same show. Y0u can then chat about it.
