Amirah talks about her own personal situation, and advises people to not get into any sort of drama. She tells listeners to be selfish when it comes to their own peace, and don't try to ruin someone else's happiness because you are miserable.  She also talks to listeners about their childhood trauma and religious trauma. She does warn listeners about her voice cracking.
