Be aware that we are toxic at times. We pass up on our blessings and being unaware of how we're program to not communicate with each other in an effective way. If you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say anything at all.

This means that if a toxic person comes your way and you can't think of anything that can come out of yall talking, leave it alone.

When I heard someone say, give it God. I really didn't know what that meant, I mean, how did you give something to something 🤔. No one explained it to me. So I asked for myself, and this is what I came up with.
