In today's episode, we will discuss if your employer has the legal right to test you for COVID-19 when you return to work.  It is the employer's responsibility to ensure the workplace is safe when you return. 

Also, you will hear about an employer who attempted to bring employees back to the workplace and more than 1/2 of them tested positive for COVID-19.
