Jesus continued in His Sermon on the Mount by using three well-known, Jewish, religious laws to show us how true righteousness begins with our thoughts and motives. In doing so, He called us to pure-hearted love, which arises from pure hearted thoughts, pure hearted devotion, and pure hearted words.
