Likeability is about not being the show pony and about telling people how amazing you are.
One of my favourite topics I wanted to talk about today is the subject of likeability! I think it's a really interesting one because it's intangible sometimes. What makes someone likeable? It was a couple of years ago, I coached this guy Mark and he was applying for a job with a large bank. It was a graduate role but he was a little bit older. He went back to university and was applying for finance roles in one of the big fours. He had to do a Skype interview and even though he came to see me personally, the actual interview he was going to be going through was on Skype.
