Harper is a Bully Breed Mix dog, a little over 9 years old. He is a distinguished old man with a heart of gold. He loves every single one of his human friends, thinks stuffed toys are delightful, and will likely be one of the easiest dogs you ever love. Sure, Harper isn’t into other cats or dogs, but that is literally the only silly thing about him. Staff at the Bloomington Animal Shelter would love to introduce you to this basically perfect boy, so you can spend the rest of his days admiring him!
