Lil Durk, real name Durk Banks has become one of the most notable names in the Chicago rap scene and since his appearance as an XXL Freshman in 2014 alongside fellow Chicago natives Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper, his popularity has continued to grow within the mainstream music world. But unfortunately, Durk has become the latest rapper to be arrested in what appears to be a targeted effort against hip-hop artists in 2019.
