Found this intriguing flavor at World Market/Cost Plus. They’re from Chicago but the chef of Lillie’s Q restaurant, who makes the chips, is from South Carolina. Thus there’s a southern theme to all their flavors. Carolina Dirt Barbeque potato chips are so named because of the seasoning blend supposedly resembles the dirt in the Carolinas.
