The continuation of Lily and the Lion, a German folk tale first collected and published in writing in “Grimm’s Fairy Tales” by the Brothers Grimm in 1812. This story shares the same format as other tales such as East of the Sun, West of the Moon; and also shares elements with the well-known story of The Beauty and The Beast.
