Today's guest is Lily Chick who is right at the very start of her HR career, having only begun her first role back in April.

The reason for wanting to bring Lily on as a guest is that we're coming to the time of the year when many students are finishing university and about to enter the job market. Lily has completed both a Bachelors and Masters and been through that journey of finishing her studies, applying for jobs, and ultimately securing one. She's had the ups and the downs, the frustrations of the process, learnt the lessons of how to deliver a great interview, and the reality versus the false expectations that her university told her was possible.
