Wouldn’t it be great to know you can make yourself feel better any time you chose?I’ve been finding positive aspects to my own life for many many years, and I know it feels better when I think in ways that encourage me to smile and be kinder to people. I’d like to share that with more people, especially because Covid has created a fear and anxiety many people continue to carry.My goal is not to tell you things you don’t know or teach you anything. You are perfectly fine the way you are. You don’t have to change a thing. I just want to share how I deal with my world, and if you want to try any of my strategies to see if they might also make you feel better, I will be thrilled.The goal is not to make you happy all the time, but just to feel a little better when you want to and get used to feeling good. The better I feel, the better life gets. It’s about strategies to help get you through challenging times and situations and people. We all have them, but I’ve learned that I don’t have to dwell on them or give them space in my mind.
