I love watching my kids learn new things, kids don't think about what they can and can't do they just try it.
Babies are prime examples, when babies need to roll over, they just do it, when they are learning to crawl they just do it, when they are learning to walk they just do it.
But then they begin to hear, don't do that, or you can't do that so much that they begin to doubt what they really can and can't do.
Then this is imbedded into our minds and this is how we all learn to live our lives, until we can unlearn these thought through personal development and daily growth.
