Cecil is from a small town in Florida and has been playing football all his life. Out of high school, Cecil had 35 offers and signed with Texas, he transferred to South Florida. Cecil has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. His drive comes growing up, he's seen players get to the NFL who made it in another way and not the straight and narrow route. Cecil loves fishing, having fun, doing new things, and learning different hobbies. He loves giving back to the youth and he wants to be a hero to the kids.
