A limiting belief is a state of mind or belief about yourself that restricts you in some way. And these beliefs are often false accusations you make about yourself that can cause many negative results. Essentially, they are the lies you tell yourself, and if you allow them to continue, they define you. You deserve so much more than that! So, today I want to talk a little about limiting beliefs, how they harm us (because they DO harm us), and what we can do about them.
