The dream of achievement of success in the corporate world is one held by many in their younger years; with this achievement will come status and all of the things seen as essential to happiness. Dan McPherson achieved this success and rose to the top as an executive. It was after working at this level for a number of years that Dan was to realize that he was in fact deeply unhappy and that a change was needed.
