In addition to being a successful author and radio show host, Linda Ballesteros is a highly respected motivational speaker, business woman and a coach.

In 2004, she left a successful career in banking to discover her new passion.  This led her to become a business networking expert, and she ultimately founded the business women’s networking group, Wine Women and Wealth.

Due to Linda’s leadership, her organization grew to more than 300 members during its first year and recently merged it with a nationwide organization where she served as the Texas regional director.

Through radio, Linda has empowered, inspired and taught others by interviewing “ordinary people who tell their extraordinary stories.”

When she’s not growing her podcast Behind the Business Card, Linda can be found working one-on-one, coaching fellow women in business. She serves as a mentor, an inspiration and a friend to women, as she coaches them on how to improve their business through networking, marketing and self-realization.
