Linda Burney: Death of 10-year-old by suicide 'devastating'

The devastating death of a young 10-year-old Aboriginal boy, who died by suicide has many demanding answers.

But data from the Closing the Gap targets show the underlying issues aren't improving. Linda Burney, Minister for Indigenous Australians says there "needs to be a greater focus on prevention", rather than waiting until a family gets to the "end of the cliff and having an ambulance at the bottom."
