Linda Bette Stacks, of Ormond Beach, FL, and previously a longtime Rhinebeck resident, died on Oct. 12, 2025.  Born in Brooklyn on Aug. 15, 1939, she grew up in Rhinebeck, graduated from Rhinebeck Central School, and attended Vermont Junior College in Montpelier. Linda loved riding horses and playing the piano in her youth and was involved in school activities and various organizations.  For a time, she lived in Call, TX, and worked in the construction industry, climbing high towers.
