Linda Woolverton is a screenwriter and is the first woman to have written an animated feature for Disney, Beauty and the Beast, which was also the first animated film ever to be nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards. She also helped write the screenplay for The Lion King, Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, and Maleficent.  It's needless to say, she has a lot to say about storytelling and awakening wonder.
