Lindsey decided to get his realtor license back in 1980 to bypass realtor fees when purchasing his first home. He chose to stay in real estate and is now a realtor with Realty Path Success. Having been a realtor for over four decades, Lindsey has seen his share of realty ups and downs. However, he has been able to service his clients through the highs and lows of Utah real estate.
Lindsey says the advice he would give someone new to real estate is to be careful to not own too many properties. You can get a few people who don’t pay their bills, or you can hold onto a property for too long before selling. In addition, he recommends new agents get into more land deals because they can be flipped easily and make a profit without the issues of having a home sale.
