Lindsey starts off this episode with talking about becoming a mother to twins at the young age of 18! Coerced into a cesarean and not knowing better, she did exactly as the doctors suggested. She later pursued an in-hospital VBAC which was empowering, but still didn’t feel fulfilled after that birth. Lindsey goes on to have a healing freebirth and as she says, “becoming one of those crazy freebirthers.” Throughout her journey, Lindsey experiences several cool variations of normal in her birth experiences that can be an amazing take away for someone else to learn from!
