While it’s true our parents' generation often had only one career, gen z is expected to work 18 jobs across 6 careers! This huge difference has created career expectations that don’t exactly meet reality - and the idea of having multiple changing careers has left us feeling overwhelmed. Which is why in this episode we debunk the myth of having a ‘perfect career path’, reframing anxiety into excitement. Because let’s be real, if you knew exactly what you were going to be doing 5, 10 years from now - life would be a lot less fun.

We also spoke to doorman, Joe Webhe about his own zig-zag career and how he started his co-wrote the book ‘18 & Lost’ to show that there is no perfect path after highschool.
