Todays Guest is Brandon Pritchard, he is a single Dad to 2 daughters, and a Journeyman Lineman.
He started doing linework in 2005 and he is currently a Troubleman out of downtown Phoenix, working for Arizona Public Service.

🔺Growing up with a Loving Junkie as a dad.
🔺Going thru the apprenticeship Clean and Sober.
🔺Having to make the decision to take his father off life support.
🔺Asking the question how can i inherently get better.
🔺He discusses how Fatherhood is a verb, it takes action.
🔺Helping Hands in the Navajo reservation. Giving back to those in need.
🔺Opening a 500 amp switch underload and having to go thru burn treatment without pain meds.
🔺 Not Taking Shortcuts at work as a father and falling into a place of complacency.
🔺Not hiding secrets from our Kids.
🔺After his accident having to face the trauma had created in his little girls as he went back to work.
🔺taking ownership over what happened and not making excuses.
🔺Having daughters support him and being in a vunerable position and recieving tenderness and compassion.

🔺Teaching his daughters what courage is and having his daughters embody it to the fullest.
