During the lockdowns, the switch to working remotely proved to be a challenge for many organisations, however adaptability was key in the success of resuming business operations. With initiatives such as the “modern workplace” rollout introduced within QIC, we look to the key learnings that COVID has presented our IT team, and how a smooth integration to working from home was essential.
