The tea industry isn't innovating fast enough.  The silver lining is in small specialty boutiques and purveyors scattered all around-the world.  Yet the largest actionable task is to continue to be educated about any industry and making empowered and conscientious choices to where our mission and values align.  I, Naoko, find something similar to the nascent US auto industry to the tea industry.  How about you?  Curious to know which tea companies you love and why.
