Linn Purdon - Design your life

My guest today has experienced a long and sometimes painful journey to her own good health and emotional strength. I first met Linn Purdon in a Facebook group. Her energy and sense of joy just seemed to shine out of her comments and we arranged to meet for a virtual coffee. Her business name 'leave your hair in' gives you a great insight into her sense of humour but she also has a deep compassion for others especially children and animals. Linn has such energy and an infectious love of life that its hard to imagine that not too many years ago she was seriously ill and at times very close to death. For years she experienced pain all over her body, zero energy and caught every virus in town. She was diagnosed with scoliosis, hypoglycemia, low blood pressure, fribromyalgia, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel, leaky gut, post traumatic stress disorder She tried all sorts of healing options, both traditional and alternative Then laying in bed one day she was struck by the thought that she was living her life according to other peoples’ instructions and she realised that in order to recover she had to trust her own inner knowing. She had to live from the inside out. So she started one small step at a time to consciously design a life that supported her. She now lives a life of joy, meaning and flexibility. She honours the essence of who she is and what she needs to operate at her best.
